CalcMind ("we", "our", "the app") is an exam preparation application for SSC, Banking and Railways aspirants. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

📊Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

Google Account Info — display name and email address, collected when you sign in with Google. Used solely for authentication and creating your profile.
Quiz Progress — your quiz attempts, correct/wrong counts, XP earned, and daily streaks. Stored to show your statistics and leaderboard rank.
Device Info — browser type, OS version, and device model collected automatically by Firebase for crash reporting and analytics.

Authenticate your account and keep you signed in
Save and display your quiz scores, XP, and streaks
Show your rank on the leaderboard (display name only)
Improve app performance and fix bugs using anonymised analytics

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

CalcMind uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

🗑️Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at the email below and we will process your request within 7 business days.

Guest mode users have no data stored on our servers — all progress is saved locally on your device and is erased when you clear app data.

👶Children's Privacy

CalcMind is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

🔄Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date below. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
